Muffin Tin Lunch
In this tin:
Top row: grilled turkey and cheese sandwich rounds using Wilton round fondant cut outs
middle row: tangerine pieces, red peppers and mozzarella cheese on skewers/food picks
bottom row: red licorice, peach yogurt with sprinkles, chocolate chips, more tangerines (because, they are yummy)
And in case you were wondering what happened to all the crust I cut of from the sandwiches....
I added diced red peppers and mozzarella cheese to it and warmed it in the microwave for 1 minute or so.
Perfect lunch for Mommy...
